“Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood” star Margot Robbie’s Los Angeles home is getting its close-up. The luxe build is now available for $3,475,000.
Robbie purchased the posh property in 2017 for $2.73 million. With four bedrooms and six bathrooms, the 3,300-square-foot “Soho-inspired” abode offers a number of high-end details. Highlights include high ceilings, hand-fabricated metal doors, Carrara marble, and imported European oak floors.
The spread features a living room with a marble-surround fireplace and glitzy chandelier. A family room seamlessly opens out to a large patio for classic California living, and currently features a curved sofa as well as a swing hanging from the ceiling.
The spacious, bistro-style kitchen serves up Thermador appliances, a Carrara marble sink, white cabinets, and an oversized center island with seating, along with a second sink. The kitchen area sits adjacent to a casual dining area, and also opens to the patio. A formal dining room off the living area features an eye-catching light fixture and a picture window.
In addition, a room painted a dark charcoal hue works perfectly for a media space. Upstairs, the landing features built-in shelving and a bench that leads to the master suite. The bright master suite comes with a balcony that overlooks the pool.
Other perks include an office, boutique-like wine cellar behind a glass door, and pet room with a separate small door for four-legged residents.
Outside, the entertainment-worthy space boasts a pool, cabana, and bar.
The property features security devices with access-entry control, and includes a two-car garage.
Robbie has also reportedly owned a compound in Venice that she picked up in 2019, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The Golden Globe–winning Australian actress is known for roles in “The Wolf of Wall Street,” “Suicide Squad,” “Bombshell,” and “I, Tonya,” for which she was nominated for an Academy Award.
Sam Real and Justin Fierro of Engel & Völkers represent the listing.
