Three move-in ready homes are under construction at Arrowhead Reserve, responding to the current high demand for new homes that is seen nationwide as well as locally. Arrowhead Reserve is an intimate community of single-family homes being developed by FL Star off Lake Trafford Road in Immokalee.
“Professionals in the real estate industry are constantly reporting on the historic boom in the U.S. housing market,” said Gary Hains, vice president of FL Star. “As reported last week in RISMedia, an online real estate news publication, in many areas there are only half as many homes available as a year ago, and buyers have difficulty finding a home to meet their needs. That is true in this area as well, so we’re moving ahead to try to meet the demand.”
Hains said the homes under construction at Arrowhead Reserve include two Fiesta designs and a Paraiso design home. The Fiesta is a three-bedroom plus den, two bath home with 1,765 square feet of air-conditioned living space, and the Paraiso offers three bedrooms plus a den and two bathrooms 1,600 air-conditioned square feet. “The inclusion of a den in these homes is an especially appealing feature,” Hains said. “The den provides a private space for people who are working from home, or it can be used as a quiet space for children to do their homework. It is that ‘extra’ that so many buyers want.”
Homes at Arrowhead Reserve offer wooden kitchen cabinets with granite countertops. All kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and automatic garage door opener are included in the price of the home.
“As reported in the RISMedia article, the side effect of the decline in the supply of available homes is the fact that competition for a smaller supply continues to raise price tags at a record pace,” Hains said. “We’ve worked hard to keep a ceiling on increases and still have among the lowest prices in the county for new construction homes.”
Pricing for homes at Arrowhead Reserve begin at $199,900 for a three-bedroom, two-bath plan. The Fiesta design is priced from $231,900, while the Paraiso is priced from $220,900.

New home designs within Arrowhead Reserve range from a three-bedroom, two-bath home with 1,297 air-conditioned square feet to a three-bedroom plus study, two-bath design with 1,915 air-conditioned square feet. A four-bedroom design is also available. Built by FL Star Construction, home prices begin at $191,900, among the lowest in the area for new home construction.
Low association fees of $130 per quarter cover the cost of community pool, club house, roads, lake and preserve maintainance.
